"A surprisingly well priced little gem. A little tricky to find, once inside it’s a tidy and clean haven from the bustling world outside. We stopped for a short night after flying in and checked in (with a super-friendly lady) at about 23:30! Bed was very comfy and The Botanist room was lovely and had a private bathroom. A lovely little find for a low price!"

"Semula saya memilih hotel ini melalui online karena nama Sangrila, lokasinya dan ada fasilitas wifi di kamar karena kami akan bekerja di Kota Kinabalu.Namun ternyata tidak ada wifi dikamar sangat lemah, bahan tidak ada connection , dan hal itu juga disampaikan oleh staff di lobby, begitupun di lobby. Selain itu makanan selama breakfast juga kurang bervariasi."

"It is the most historical hotel in KK. Our suite room is still well maintained. It is roomy and decent. It's location is the best - right at the Gaya Street Market. There area a lot of dining options within walking distance. The only thing we wished it could be improved is the lack of flexible shower head as it is fixed at a very high position; otherwise, it is perfect, especially considering the affordable price. "

"성인 3인이 2박했습니다. 방이 두 개에 거실이 있고, 침대는 킹과 싱글베드였는데 넓고 쾌적했습니다 옥상에 수영장 또한 좋았습니다. 이동은 그랩을 이용하면 시내와 이마고몰 모두 6링깃 정도로 저렴했어요 다만, 시내로의 셔틀이 무료라고 홍보하는 내용은 사실과 다르게 운영되고 있지 않으니 참고하세요"
