"I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, when booking, there was two options in the photos and I chose the option photo with a walk in shower, however, the room I got had a tub/shower. The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night. "The airport transportation was ridiculous. We had to call twice after waiting for 45 minutes at the curb before someone would come pick us up despite the hotel being 2 miles away. The receptionist was very rude and acted like we put her out. The hotel property inside was very unclean and appeared run down. Surprisingly, the room itself was ok and was better maintained, but with that being said, we had a cracked sink and the AC was loud and never stopped running."
