"Le personnel a été très accueillant.
Il faudrait cependant faire un effort sur la literas car le matelas n’était pas du tout confortable et la couette (qui n’était pas dans une housse mais uniquement glissée entre 2 draps) était jaune.
Le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité pour un hôtel 3 étoiles."

"The room was fine but the bathroom needs modernising and it was a bit of a hassle trying to lock my room door on the way out (you had to fiddle with the inside door handle and then close the door in a firm manner) The breakfast ( like in most Thai hotels I've been to) have very limited vegetarian options ( unless your big on toast and fruits). "More like a guesthouse than a hotel. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The walls are thin and the door locks not safe at all. The public balcony provided a sense of community though."

"It was pleasure to return to the Ruean Thai after 7 years. Still the same friendly, attentive service. Rooms are well maintained, clean and easily accessible. Food in the on-site restaurant is of a good standard. All round a very pleasant stay, as always."
