"The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels left for us, however bed sheets were only changed after 8 or 9 days, subsequently every 2 days. Seems to be a family run business. No information provided; had to ask questions from where to get pool towels to which wifi to log onto. That said, whenever there was an issue they were immediately on it. "Visited in march for 2 nights as a family with 10 and 9 year old. Lovely quirky huts in the jungle with lots of wildlife around, the kids loved watching the monkeys from the balcony and swimming in the river. "I stayed 2 separate nights. The first was in a building across the street. Unfortunately, the sheets & bedding were very dirty and had at least 6 hairs. Even after the linen was changed, I didn’t sleep due to constant itching. My second night was in a cleaner room and I slept fine. The employees were very kind and helpful."

"There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

A walk up to the Main Street has some very good restaurants and a few sporadic bars. Next resort up is better for me more central. "This place was special. All the bungalows are set in an enchanting jungle setting along a salt water lagoon, The neighborhood was rural and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
