"Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold at night in the mountains with no in room heating and just a single thin blanket.
Checked out after just one night of a 3 night stay because of the terrible conditions and they refused to refund...

"Extremely disappointed. The staff was very kind but the “resort” itself was awful. I checked in and checked out an hour later and found a new place. The photos look nothing like the place, it’s extremely run down.
there was an inch gap in my door that would allow insects in at any time, there was baby spiders crawling all over the bed along with a dead flies all over, there was cobwebs in the corners. All the tables were dirty, there was grime all over the nightstand. The light switch boxes had...

"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. Breakfast was similarly cold and badly cooked/poor ingredients. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (this is...
