"There is no one in the office to check us in.
The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response.
The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster.
The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry.
There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms."
