"A five-star experience through and through. A luxurious feel, well-appointed, well-equipped, clean, bright room with a fabulous ocean view. The only minor inconvenience I found was the absence of a shower as taking a bath in a bathtub to me is time-consuming. But this is offset by the cleanliness and the comfort throughout. "Not recommended for families with young children.
The staff were unwelcoming throughout our stay. During check-in, we felt like we were interrupting them — no one explained the hotel layout, breakfast times, or any basic information.
Safety and accessibility were also concerns. The pool had no life jackets for children, the bathroom step was dangerously high, and the dining area on the 8th floor is only accessible by stairs — a real problem if you have a stroller or wheelchair.

"The staff is excellent. So attentive and kind, I ended up staying an entire week longer than I’d planned because I felt so at home. The staff treated me like family, there’s a wonderful bar across the street where expats gather in the evening. Close enough to all the local attractions and bars, but resides on a street that feels like its own little community of friendly faces. If you’re looking for a down to earth landing place, this is your spot."
