"Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to...

"The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The pool is closed until May due to city regulations so keep that in mind. It's only open from May until September which seems insanely short for Texas. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good though average for a continental breakfast."

"The poolside seating was comfortable as well as the spa. Very relaxing and not crowded at all. We were staying multiple nights and was pleasantly surprised for the cleaning crew to come in and fix our beds, take out the trash and straighten up. Also loved the kickback. "
