"The apartment was located in a separate building from the main hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist only mentioned that “the apartment is in the next building” without properly guiding us to the unit, which could be quite troublesome, especially for families arriving late in the evening.
As the hotel is situated in a relatively undeveloped area and quite far from the town centre, it is understandable that CelcomDigi 5G coverage was very limited. However, the hotel should have compensated for...
