"Good, clean hotel. Quiet atmosphere with modern rooms. Serves the purpose well of an airport hotel. They run shuttles every hour on the hour to the airport and that takes about 10 minutes to get there. Driver was wonderful. On the ball, organized and friendly."

There is limited parking near the front door to unload your car. parking, which is free, has a ramp for parking going up to the second floor and a ramp up to the third floor. There is no elevator to the ramps or second and third floors. With limited parking at the font door it's difficult to drop your luggage and pick up the luggage. The airport shuttle was on time. "The property only had one elevator working. There was a long line for the elevator. The staff was using the elevator during times when guests were checking in. I am 64 years old and had to walk 12 flights to my room with bags from my shopping at CVS."

"We were very impressed with Hampton Inn-Downtown Brickell! The staff were very friendly, and the hotel and room were extremely clean. Very nice bar, food area. We wished we were able to enjoy the pool area, but a late arrival and early departure didn’t allow. I highly recommend and will stay there again."
