"The staff was kind and helpful, which is why it pains me to give the property such a low rating. The first room I checked into was tired/dirty/dusty and the tub water was consistently running, more than dripping. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was debris on the bed. I asked to be relocated, which they kindly did. The second room was better. Overall the property was a bit rundown, dark with low ceilings. The hallways leading to the rooms were poorly lighted, just dark and dingy looking....

"The property was very close the walking areas of colonial Williamsburg. Decor was a bit dated and Wi-Fi was poor and unsecured. Very slow when it worked. Room was a nice size but it was down a flight of stairs and there were no elevators."

"Beautiful property with unique rooms. Wi-Fi is slow and inconsistent - this needs to be addressed."

"Lovely, clean spacious apartment. Close proximity to Busch gardens and Colonial Williamsburg"
