"This hotel was absolutely horrible. Walking through the hallways and finding the room was very scary as it was completely dark it looked like a dungeon. once I got into my room I felt very uneasy. It felt very old and had a funny smell. When I woke up the next morning as the mattress was extremely uncomfortable I had a horrible night sleep. I tried to go find somewhere to get coffee downstairs and upon my return to the room, I could not help but notice that there was mold around the entire room...

"We had a suite. It was very large and roomy. The room was very clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. Staff members were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing."

The carpet was so nasty that we definitely didn’t walk barefoot on it. Once we got home we had to wash and clean everything because the humidity soaked in and everything was damp and stunk."
