"I was worried about the room having read many bad reviews about cleanliness and bugs. Luckily we had no issues, the room was clean and spacious. All but one front desk staff member seemed kind of indifferent and not very friendly. The main disappointment was the water park. The water was very cold save for the tiny toddler pool and the hot tub. The water slides were closed and the kids water tower did not have either slide working. It kind of felt like a bit of false advertising as about half...

"Within the first five minutes of entering our room we noticed dried blood on the wall, greasy handprints all over the mirror and then when our dog found a random sock that did not belong to us and had it in her mouth- we asked for a different room, which was better but there was hair on the pillows and pee/some other type of stain on the bed sheets…our dog brought us a hair tie, plastic she found on the floor, and pistachio shells (not ours) she was chewing on.
Visible dust everywhere. I hate...
