"Property was in a nice location. AC in first room didn’t work so they graciously moved us. We were thankful for that. The AC in the second room worked but it wasn’t very strong. No microwave in the room. Our safe didn’t work in the second room."

"I stayed at the Hyatt Place Boston/Braintree and really enjoyed my time there. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made everything easy from check‑in to checkout. Breakfast was solid and the common areas were well maintained. I’d happily stay here again."

"Aesthetically the property is very nice .
Location is very far from public transport.
It is close walking distance to many restaurants
The breakfast was ok not so many options compared to other chain hotels .
The terrace upstairs on top of the building didn’t have a lot of outside seating and was very crowded sadly . So We had to sit inside
The beds were not comfortable the mattress was very soft and sloped and the pillows not comfortable and for it being a fairly new hotel the furniture was...
