"It is a terrible hotel. There is no room service, even though they claim to have 24 hours room service. No one answers phones at front desk. Even though supposed to be a relatively new property, it is maintained very badly. House keeping is poor. Rooms are only done up after several reminders. Bed sheets are stained. Will never stay again"

"We really loved staying at this very unique place. The building which housed a British collector's office has been meticulously renovated preserving the original aura. The rooms are spacious, clean and open into a sea facing verandah. The front desk staff are very accommodating and helpful. The food was exceptional. "We loved staying at the coconut alley. The staff were very kind and helpful. Most of all Mr. Saravanan who created bespoke dishes flawlessly. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunches and desserts. "We stayed for a night for the temple Darshan at Thirunallar. Hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the temple.
