"Very good location, less than 10 minutes from Melbourne Central by tram from a stop that's just a 2 minute walk away. Its also a very short walk to a 24/7 corner store that has good stock for a first night or small stay.
The room was a lot smaller than we expected but comfortable enough for the 4 nights we stayed. For two people they provided us with 2 body towels, 2 face towels, and 1 set of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion. This wasn't a problem for us because one of us brought out own...

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife
and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked.
In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean.
The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired.
Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable.
But.
Windows broken, picture glass broken, so much dust on EVERYTHING, you could stuff 100s of soft toys.
If you are looking for a great location this is it. But it is cheap and nasty"
