"Hotel was under construction so no amenities were available. No notice was provided in their welcome email that there were no amenities. No restaurant, you were expected to pay full price meals and eat in the hotel lobby cafe bar. One elevator not working. Ice machine on the floor not working. Fridge not working and the path from the garage to the hotel was closed off.
I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible."

"The hotel is separate from the casino. It is a different floor and not the check-in location or rooms. Casino is same building, easy to access, but not in your face when you walk in."

"The hotel looked very clean so thats a plus. However, there was absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom in the room so when you take showers, it turns into a steam room. There's no dimmer for the main lights in the room, just very bright stage lights that get the room hot, especially getting out of the steam room shower. The continental breakfast was the best thing about our stay. The food was delicious and the chef, not sure her name but she was black and her name started with a Q... PLEASE...

"The ice machine was broken all 3 days we were there. The couch was very dirty and the AC was extremely loud. They also don't have hair conditioner at this location. While the staff were friendly, they didn't go above and beyond nor attempted to rectify any of the issues with our room. It is a great location and the breakfast is decent."

"We really liked this hotel and location! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great. Amenities were very nice (other than the hot tub was lukewarm warm). The hotel could use some updating and could be a little cleaner but all in all it's a great option and we would stay again."
