"Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects of the hotel. On a positive the room was clean and comfortable"

"There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building…
As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby for literally two hours. A gentleman hopped out of the vehicle, stinking like he just smoked not 2 but 20 cigarettes and even worse the STENCH OF WEED…sure enough that was the front desk associate....

"For an airport hotel, this one surpassed my expectations. After an overseas flight that arrived in the evening, it was wonderful to be welcomed by the Marriott staff, including the female shuttle driver, and get to my room with a comfortable bed quickly. Highly recommend!"

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, they even extended my checkout time by an hour, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, though the bathroom felt a bit outdated. There wasn’t coffee in the room, but it was available in the lobby, which worked fine.
