"The staff was wonderful, and helpful when anything went wrong.
Room service did not come the day they were supposed to but the front office lady was so sweet and brought everything we needed to our room super quick.
The pool and hot tub were amazing and we enjoyed them.
We did also have some small ants in our room which was not ideal.
Other than that, not a bad stay."

"The room was very clean, well stocked with towels and the staff was warm and welcoming. We went downstairs to the bar instead of going out and ordered food while enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. The only con was the coffee maker didn't work for us. When we were leaving, the front desk inquired about our stay and offered to make us coffee.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We didn't receive the accessible room we reserved. They gave away the room we reserved and only had 1 king accessible room left which didn't work for our family of 3, so we had to stay in a inaccessible room. The staff wasn't very concerned about it. This is the first year we've had trouble there of the the years we've stayed. Apparently they're under new management. We won't stay there next year."
