"First time staying here, was only here for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was open, unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Lots and lots of places to sit outside of your room, choose comfortable cushion chairs or at tables to play games. Definitely will stay here again. "

"Room was clean but had only 2 towels even though 3 people were booked to stay. The pool was murky and there were no pool towels. Check in was odd, we arrived after check in time but the employee didn’t know which rooms were available. Asked for towels to shower after the pool bc we had to use regular towels to dry off. We were given pool towels. We tried to explain that we used the towels in the room to dry and needed regular towels but were told to return after we used the pool towels. Nothing...

"The room was spacious! Shower was great!! Breakfast was amazing!
If I had to offer improvements it would be to update the coffee pot in the room… it worked but it was old and missing the top to the carafe. Also the closet was missing a door. The tv didn’t have any channel information in the guide nor in the room. So we shut it off!
The indoor pool was clean and warm!! And every staff member we encountered was cheerful and friendly!"

"Very noisy unable to rest while we were there. No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again "
