"Staff was friendly. The included breakfast was nice but I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. It is very conveniently located near two malls and Comfamilia Clinic. The only downside was that on the weekends the area and restaurant on the 4th floor is very loud until 2-3 am."

"Un gran hotel en todo el centro de Pereira. El personal es más que amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación es muy cómoda, especialmente la cama, es de otro nivel. El desayuno buffet funciona muy bien, tiene opciones para todos los gustos. Tiene jacuzzis que puedes reservar, aunque esta vez no los usamos. En general, es un hotel que vale la pena volver, ya dos veces que me hospedo acá."

"The idea of the hotel is nice. However, to be an Eco five star hotel, it lacks of many things. Even though the rooms are well located, the rooms are dark and the electricity is very low. It is easy to lose something!. The people in reception do not answer, it is necessary to call them many times before they answer. The restaurant's staff is nice, specially Daniela. "Tourist trap. You will get charged per child $100 per night. You have to pay for every activity. Staff is not friendly compared to other hotels in Colombia. Food is expensive and mediocre compared to other hotels within Colombia. Will not be coming back to this hotel."
