"There is no staff at the facility but someone is available by text
The common areas were great. I can see how this would be a good communal area to meet others in the busy months or go with a big group of friends. I loved the work from home room. The outdoor areas were really nice too.
Unfortunately the entry keypad into my room was very finicky. It would take me multiple tries each time entering my room to hit the numbers just right. My toilet seat in the bathroom was also completely broken...

"We LOVED the modern clean aesthetic and convenience to Mount Snow. Definitely one of the nicest places in the area and we’ve seen a lot. We arrived late but check in was super easy. We will definitely return!"

"No major complaints from regular 3 star hotel for a ski trip.

"The bar tender in the lounge on Saturday 10/18 was not friendly. Seemed like he didn’t like his job. He was the only one working and there were not many customers at the bar. Dining room had no one in it. He just was not attentive to me party of 3 who just wanted to order a drink. Fitness center at the Season was very nice but hours were not very accommodating "

"Such a quaint Bed & Breakfast! The Innkeepers are so friendly and welcoming. Each room is individually decorated making it cozy and inviting with fireplaces in each room! So many details! Wonderful homemade breakfast included! Will definitely be back!!!"
