"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Despite advertising recently renovated rooms, the hotel was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Housekeeping never cleaned my room during my three-night stay, the front desk was unfriendly, and I was overcharged for an in-room movie. The pool and overall property were in terrible condition. The only highlight was the restaurant, El Burro Borracho, which had great food and service. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel."

"We reserved a beach level suite for a family vacay. The room was a good size for 4 adults and 2 children. The bathroom is quite small, but there was a nice size fridge and two large TVs. My only complaint with the room was the bugs. I realize it’s ground-level, near water but there were bugs inside the drawers. The majority of the staff were friendly but we encountered some frustration with one of the bar tenders at the pool who was very rude and one of the hostesses at the restaurant who...
