"Amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the quick check in, friendly staff asking if I needed anything else, and warm cookies upon check in was a great touch! The staff checked in on me with texts and in the lobby to ask if I needed anything while I was in the city several times which I appreciated. The room was definitely a small nyc style room as expected but the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size for nyc, GREAT...

"The rooms needed some cleaning. There was odor in the room and stains in bathroom. The ac was not working and on notifying the front desk said someone will help but no one did. The folks at front desk didn’t know hours of checkin and breakfast hours and gave conflicting info. Overall am not coming back here again."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in New York. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the rooms were kept in great condition. The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable each morning. Overall, everything was normal and met my expectations. The only small downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but aside from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again."
