"Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. "

"Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet."

"I stay here every time I’m in town. It’s literally right in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere. Free breakfast. Clean rooms. You even get discounts at many restaurants just by showing them your card. Last night we got 20% off of our food at Ryan’s Pub, just because I stayed at the Warner. Will stay here again and again. "
