"We had a king size room which was ok... The room was very dated. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. We didn't use the pool, however the pool area was pretty small. Breakfast was ok. The made-to- order eggs were the best part of breakfast for me and my husband...and the toast, even though there was only one very old toaster oven. They could certainly spring for 1 or 2 good ones because when it was busy, you had to wait in line to get you bread toasted. "

"Horrible!! This was the first hotel in vietnam that did not have anyone come help us with our bags. Red flag! You have to go through a store or a spa to get in. The halls are dark and creepy and the rooms are dirty and they smell. We check in and checked right out."

"Worst stay on our 5-month trip through Asia. Our stay here was an absolute catastrophe with zero service culture and shocking hygiene. Management ignored our special occasion request that we made through Expedia, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, refusing early check-in. Even at 2 PM, our room wasn't ready. Other rooms were cleaned well before noon. When we finally got in, cleaning staff was still in the room. We saw stray hairs all over the floor and toilet seat. There were no towels,...

"とても親切に対応してもらいました。 ダナン最終日、ホイアンよりのリゾートに滞在していましたか、レイトチェックアウトに10万円近くかかるとのこと。。。スパでの時間潰しも考えましたが、レイトチェックアウトはやめて空港近くのこちらのホテルで深夜便を待つことにしました。 12:00チェックアウトで、13:00ころ到着しましたが、すでにチェックインオッケーとのことでありがたかったです。５人だったので、お部屋もランクアップしてもらい５人分のベットもありました。シャワーとトイレも二箇所ありましたし、大変快適でした。冷蔵庫も助かりましたー。 買い足りないお土産も近くのスーパで購入、ミーケビーチやカフェも最後まで楽しめましたー(^^)21:00まででしたが、５人で1万円台です。洗濯機も無料で貸してもらい、帰宅後も楽できましたー！！"
