"エントランスが階段ですが、スーツケースがあることをフロントへ伝えたらリフトの使い方を教えてくれました。　朝食会場はキッチンの中が見えるので、シェフが心をこめて作っている様子がよく分かります。スタッフも明るく親切でした。　宿泊者も人柄の良い人が多い印象でした。　部屋の掃除は環境のために断るメッセージカードがあります。そのカードを1日だけドアノブにかけたら、ゴミ箱がそのままでしたから、入室もなかったようです。トイレットペーパーの補充もなかったのでフロントへ言ってもらいました。　部屋には良いスリッパがありました。　チェックアウトの際にフロントで呼んでいただいたタクシーは、安全運転で大変良いドライバーでした。（中央駅まで11ユーロ以内。チップを少し多めにお渡ししました。）　部屋で気になったことは１つ。クローゼットのハンガーの位置が高すぎて、身長165㎝の私でもやや使いにくかったです。"
