"Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again."

"Very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Central location but also close to Milan train station. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful in ideas for restaurants. Continental breakfast was available but was quite basic. Hotel was very clean & rooms were very quiet. We slept very well. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again"

"Spice hotel was super stylish, comfortable & had a great breakfast. We'd booked a wheelchair accessible room but this turned out to be inaccessible due to the narrow corridor leading to it but the staff were really helpful, seeing if we could get into the room next door (we couldn't) and then moving us to a larger room which came directly off of the lobby - unfortunately with no accessible bathroom but we made it work. "The service was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean, but the corridors and the restrooms by the lobby were not as clean. The TV was broken and the emergency light at the room was low on batteries, flashing constantly. Unable to sleep well. Tried to contact the front desk by phone but it seemed impossible. The cleanliness of the room was optimal, and the proximity to eateries, etc., was extremely ideal."

"Be aware that this hotel is right beside a tram line that has a tram every 10 minutes from 6 am until midnight. Very noisy so bring earplugs and ask for an inside room if possible. No AC. The breakfast is extra at $15 but has good variety. Room is fairly small but good for a couple for a short stay. No AC if needed."

"Room was clean. Arrived late. Staff took ages to check us in. I asked for help to use the vending machine as it didnt seem to be accepting my card. Wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong. She wasnt interested. Asked if the bar was open. Was told it was, but nobodybwas manning it. I didnt have time to stand around and wait as we had an early mroning flight. Had 2 kids with me who went to bed thirsty. Staff were poor. Ordered a transfer for early morning which turned up prompt. "
