"Quite out of date and run down hotel. For the price I didn't expect much. But I was surprised it is not the 8+ reviews it has here."

"Good enough for price paid. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows. A little loud when people in hallways (everything concrete) and breakfast didn’t have western food other than bread, cereal and fried eggs). Desk staff friendly, quick check in and check out. Ample parking. No dining options within walking distance. "

"The hotel is close to the park, which is good for jogging or walking. From Nakhon Sawan train station, I took a green open air mini-bus to a nearby secondary school. The fare was 12 baht. The hotel is clean with good air circulation. There is a balcony to hang up the washing too. I like this budget-friendly hotel. "

"Front desk couldn't find my booking at first, took them quite some time to find it. Seem like the booking number in email doesn't ring a bell. Room was big and clean, parking not enough. "

"The staff did not know that we’ve already booked and paid for 3 rooms from expedia platform because they was not connected. So, it seems like we newly walked-in on that day. We waited more than 45 mins for only check-in."

"We had a problem because that the hotel had not received the booking for 4 rooms. This created a few problems, but all resolved. Room was very basic and bed hard. Bathroom very basic. Very long walk to find a restaurant. Free coffee in the morning. OK for the price. Unlikely to stay here again as there is limited dining and entertainment available in this area of town"

"Cockroach on the floor of the room. Made to order breakfast was ok but they won’t let you sit down in the breakfast room (shown in pictures) to eat it. Only one chair in your room so not great for two breakfasts. Lights in the room flickered when all turned on."

"Ok for short stay. Price was fair. It’s an older hotel and the staff seemed tired and over worked and quite likely under paid. It was ok for one night but I probably wouldn’t stay there again as there are likely better options available in a more walkable location "

"The view a bit different from page, and we are welcome by a lot of Mosquito once get into the room. The room design was ok, but the beds are too hard."

"The room is quiet and clean. Nice place to stay when visiting Uthai Thani. Excellent services and very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast."
