The drivers for the shuttle are very helpful and went above and beyond to take me to the rental car location."

Some corporate genius decided it would be a good idea to hire a third party to rent the parking lot the hotel owns. Now when you check in one is required to give their information to a third party so they can clip you for $10 a day. Within the limits of a major metropolitan area ok, Hunt Valley? Get outa here.
