"The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday. "部屋のトイレが壊れていたり、洗面台の水道の蛇口が壊れていて 水が出なかったりして大変でした。また、シャワーは何とか少し出ましたが、お湯は出なく、水でした。ホテルのスタッフに相談すると、部屋を変えてくれましたが変更後の部屋も同じ状況であり、大変でした。"
