"Good: front desk agent was friendly, clean bed & towels, free continental breakfast. Bad: manager/owner should work on people skills. Theres a $4 parking fee but website said free. The room did not have bath towels, only hand & face towels. Waited for the elevators and other guest had to tell us it was broken. Went to tell the manager and he already knew. But didnt bother to tell us when we checked in. Everyone had to use stairs. Room was DIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sofa had stained all over. Pee...

"Staff was helpful and welcoming when I got there. The room was all that I expected and more. I was absolutely delighted with the whirlpool tub. Breakfast was abundant and more than I could eat. "Overall a fair 3 star stay. The room was a bit old, flat feather pillows were not for a good nights sleep at all and the chair at the desk looked like it had lost a fight with a pack of wolves. For the most part it was clean and ok. The staff were super nice and respectful. The restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal however. With some updating this would be a much better stay for the money, but I would certainly be comfortable staying again in the future."
