"Most of the staff we interacted with was pleasant, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside I’d say there was was that the parking lot is on the smaller side. Once we returned to the hotel after a wedding we were attending, the lot was full (there was a college football team hosted here the weekend we were here) and we were told when we couldn’t find a spot, that there was additional parking behind the hotel and honestly that would of been ok if there was lighting back...

"I like this design of the room, the bathroom was amazing, and the beds were comfy. The bar on the top was very peaceful and relaxing. What I did not like was we could not get our breakfast vouchers right then in there, there was a long long line, we were told that they would have them bring the vouchers up to our room and they did not after several hours. We ended up having to go down to collect our vouchers. On that note, the breakfast included could be more specific what you are getting when...

"Breakfast? What breakfast? This property does not offer breakfast, unless you count a $15 room credit each day. Our first morning we went to the “store” and got two pre-made cheese sandwiches, a banana, and a protein bar and were charged $30, so we had to pay $15 for this awful selection. We thought breakfast was included, like at a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn, or a plethora of other similar brands. The only “breakfast” place nearby was Dunkin Donuts (and they are closed for...
