"The room had disgusting giant stain on the floor/carpet. I only mentioned it to them so they dont take my deposit, maid service only comes once every 3 days. My wife had to talk me out off asking for another room. The bathroom was missing body washing so when I went downstairs to mention the giant stain on the carpet I also told them about the body wash situation and they gave me sample size tubes, I came to the lobby to get coffee and there was no coffee. This place has a pool but it is not...

"Are air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and couldn't deal with humidity leaving the carpet to feel wet. Entire room was felt worn. Bathroom door couldn't even properly close. When AC wasn't running we could hear the lobby music from floor below while lying in bed. We were on a “quiet” floor!"

"Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking.
Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty.
The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better.
Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean."

"Rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Refrigerator did not work, trash from previous guest left in bathroom, floors were disgusting. Would not stay here again. Only positive was there was a decent breakfast."

"Could not close the curtains so we got light on the room all the time. Had to use a trash back to cover the light. The shower fauce would not close complete so it dripped all the time. Good location lots of stores and a mall."
