"Check in cepat, tapi sampai di kamar mandi tidak ada handuk keset kaki sehingga kalau keluar langsung basah lantai tanpa karpetnya. Telpon tidak hidup sehingga harus turun ke lobby yang cukup jauh dan keset kaki baru datang setelah 3x minta disertai omelan waktu permintaan ke 2x dan perlu waktu sekitar 3 jam prosesnya sehingga handuk mandi yang harus dijadikan keset kaki terlebih dahulu. "Wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back! We had an amazing time at this hotel and would come back. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always helpful, whether we had questions, needed information, or just a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile and great service :) The breakfast selection was fantastic, varied, fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. We also rented a motorbike directly from the hotel, which was super easy and affordable, a great way to explore...

"The hotel was clean, our room was very spacious. However the bathroom was rusty and old. Simple changes like new soap dispenser (as they were rusty) and removing the masking tap from the painting on the wall. The bed was a large single and comfy. The breakfast wasn’t good, the buffet hot food was cold. The swimming pool was ok however there was only two sun lounges. The sun was also never on the pool However I would return again"

"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...

"The hotel was built as a luxury hotel and became somewhat dilapidated, I guess it would need much investment to recover. However, with the price tag offered the place was not a bad choice either.
