"They have pictures of Bar and even in elevator it says Bar, restaurant. But when we asked, they said we do not have Bar Licence and for pool, you can go to next property. They have a tie up with Sheraton. But not very nice to include in amenities when its not there"

"The pool is spectacular, the ocean views are incredible, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very friendly. However, the amenities were a bit scarce, the in-room minibar wasn't anything special, and the chocolates weren't good either. Plus, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. But above all, the most important part was spending a special day in the palace with my princess :)"

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not help us arrange a taxi to the airport, so we had to find one ourselves. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and left at 1 AM for the airport, while my brother checked out in the morning. Despite this, we were charged an extra ₹1,800 for an extra person, even though there was no extra guest. Very poor service and an unjustified charge."

"My parents requested a water kettle, but it was not provided by the hotel. They also requested additional towels, which were never delivered. More importantly, my elderly parents could not sleep at all during the night because of the loud DJ and excessive noise. They had their U.S. visa interview scheduled for the next morning, and they were extremely tired due to the lack of sleep. We were highly disappointed with our stay.
