"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet das gleiche gilt für das Zimmer. Wir wurden gleich freundlich von den Mitarbeitern empfangen. Wir konnten als Gast den großen Kühlschrank mit benutzen um Getränke zu kühlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und man bekam immer einen Teller mit etwas Obst aus dem Garten. Und dazu die tolle Aussicht auf den Ozean."

"Very lovely location and very remote and safe compared to the rest of the town. The waterfall house is a full house with all amenities and is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The cabins are cute and we had the place to ourselves but if we visit the big island again we will be sure to reserve the waterfall house for the full stay because it’s just so wonderful! Staff was very helpful, peaceful, clean and quiet."

"Communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. We had a ground floor room, which was what we needed, but I think the second floor would have a view of the bay. "I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....

"The house is great. There was an issue which the owners took care of promptly. This place does not have a/c and that is likely my fault. I'm sure I just missed it in the listing. The house wasn't too warm during the day but cooled down and sleeping at night was perfect. It is close to Hilo town. It is close to a general store if you need something and walking distance from a beach that apparently has seals at it frequently. We did not see any this trip. We had the house to ourselves....
