The house is nicely furnished, great layout, and tidy looking, but desperately needs a deep cleaning. The stairs railing alone is evident of this when you first walk in, but also the edges of the carpet have debris. So just a bare minimal type of cleaning is happening. The house was overall empty during our stay, so no real reason for things not being cleaned or maintained.
There's cameras not just outside but inside too. I don't recall that being disclosed. Not that we mind but others might and accuracy in listing is important.
While it was quiet and safe, it definitely wasn't worth the price. I thought this would be a great surprise splurge for my partner's birthday. It was not. The custom spa tub which has tiles broken and pitched up on the literal seat area of one of the seats. Unless you enjoy broken tiles wedged in your posterior, that's a no for us, it also means the tiles are no longer sealed therefore cannot be properly sanitized. Ew. See pics.
