"This was a layover stay less than 10.hours. More than adequate and checked all the boxes. Minus 1 star for no AC - they brought me a fan. 👍"

"This is a hotel that has been/is being renovated and is trying to become much more attractive for international business and tourist travellers. While the staff was incredibly kind and pleasant, it seems pretty clear that they don't understand what a higher level of service looks like. The AC in rooms and common areas simply has to be widely improved and the bar could use an update. Again, nice people but a lot of standing around when folks have needs."

"Very tiny rooms NO amenities except body soap. Wanted to charge for slippers that were onetime use only and would not give a receipt upon request. Breakfast was good and staff was fine. Above information should be provided to guests "

"My driver who takes people daily to the airport and hotels around the airport could not find the hotel. He drove by several times and said it was in a very bad area and that I shouldn't stay there."

"Sarit センターショッピングモールの駐車場の目の前で、便利な場所でした。2月終わりは朝晩に土砂降りの雨で、ホテルのレストランはブッフェ形式の食事がとれたので便利でした。でも、廊下の声、水の流れる音、窓の外の音がうるさくて耳栓が必要でした。タオルがボロボロで、シャワーが冷たく、残念でした。部屋は広くてベッドは快適でした。でも、部屋が暗かったです。"
