"Our family rented two rooms - one basic and one suite, which included a kitchen. We were able to make several meals and spend time together as a family in the suite, even though we were staying in different rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with basic appliances and equipment. The hotel staff was incredibly responsive and attentive."

"We had to switch rooms due to a broken furnace that was going off and waking us up throughout the night. The staff was accommodating, but it was a little frustrating paying for a premium room, then having the room not be properly maintained. There was standing water in one of the sinks. When we switched rooms it was not the same premium room we paid for. The hot tub for the facility was broken. "In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in.
The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well.
For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help.
It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! "
