"When I checked in around 3-330 pm, I went to my room on the 7th floor and the entire hallway was lined with piles of dirty linen and towels on both sides of the hallway. I had to walk through this to get to my room. Although the hallway carpet was in very good condition, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. It looked the same when I checked out two days later."

"We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good."

"I was in Baltimore for my graduation from Johns Hopkins, and I booked the hotel because it was on the university's list. My room was dark (window faced stairwell), the bathroom was dingy, and the carpet was sketchy. I never went barefoot on that floor. The temperature outside was over 90 degrees, and the water coolers in the lobby were empty for hours, at least from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. And on the morning of my check-out, housekeeping came at 7:15am while I was getting out of the shower.
