"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there in November and it was very quiet (low season). Our room overlooked the pool and was quite nice. Easy to walk out to the beach and close to good snorkeling."

"Base to see sights of Banyuwangi.
The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample.
Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside.
The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. "
