"Check-in was easy; we got to check in early, and the clerk waived the early check-in fee. We got to our room and started unpacking, and the couple who checked in behind us used their key card to open the door to our room! We were all shocked! They had been given keys to our room with our room number clearly written on the card holder. We both went back to the office and the clerk was shocked at the error as they were supposed to be in a room 3 doors down from us. The floors were fake hardwood...

"The rooms could use some updating and they should have an employee walk the floors every couple of hours checking the floors and tables for dirty dishes and trash. There was a plate of left over food sitting on the accent table by the elevator that was there from the time we arrived at the hotel until we left the next day, not to mention all the ones on the floor outside of rooms. It makes everything look messy and I would be afraid of drawing ants, cockroaches or mice. It’s just not a good...

"this hotel was nice all around and staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a great view of the M mountain. the room was spacious and clean and comfortable bed and pillows.
