They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels."

Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...
