"Después de haber realizado la reserva y su correspondiente pago al llegar me dijeron que estaba completo. Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados. Encantado con el soporte tan profesional y eficiente recibido. Ojala pudiera decir lo mismo del hotel en cuestion. Espero...

"Do not book, I booked through hotel.com and when arrived they said they no longer except hotel.com reservations. Hotel customer support tried to get in contact with them and were unable, so my refund was not approved. They should removed themselves from the hotel.com app to prevent customers from booking their hotels."

"Stayed in the cottage. Very nice and clean. Excellent."

"The hotel property was very attractive and the pool was beautiful, the king size was hard as a rock and the rooms were a little dated and tired, some mold/mildew in the tubs. We were there for the annual monkey festival (last weekend in Nov) and by far the best way to get there is by baht bus on the main road (7 baht) rather than the 200 or more they want for private cab. There are no taxis like in bangkok or tuk tuks. Beware the baht busses don't run in the evening."
