"Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. "This hotel is more like a private living in a house. We were exellently recieved by the staff and very well taken care of during our stay. The room was beautiful and large. We were recommended to take a scenic 2 hour boat tour leaving directly from the residence which we realy enjoyed. We will definitely stay at Phuttal Residenve during our next visit to Ayutthaya!"

Por suerte, el taxi no se había ido todavia y me volvio a llevar a la ciudad con el sobre coste que ello supuso. No obstante, el servicio de atención al cliente de hoteles.com me resolvió el problema buscandome otro hotel y se hizo cargo de los sobre costes ocasionados.
