"Very helpful staff. Convenient bus to the Old City "

"Loved the terraced patio, beach, and staff were attentive. A little dated, but we're in an old city, do that is expected. Airport shuttle must be scheduled 24 or do hours in advance, so that was a misleading feature. Buffet at reduced rate was offered and was excellent. Included breakfast buffet held a good variety."

"This hotel is in a great location, close to Old Town but secluded in the Lapad bay. The buffet breakfast is good, nothing to rave about but will fill you up. You can witness amazing sunsets from the outdoor restaurant. Must try the chocolate soufflé with ice cream. The hotel is in need of a lift and TLC, it has great potential. "

"An excellent property in the old town, very convenient for all the sights and restaurants. It’s a few minutes walk from the closest gate (no cars allowed in the old town) but only a few steps involved in reaching the hotel. We were on the third floor and had to carry the bags up but the staff were very helpful and it was totally worthwhile. We would recommend the transfers to and from the airport, it was literally a door to door service. We would happily stay here again or recommend this...

"L'hôtel est vraiment génial avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuisble balcon de la chambre. La chambre est confortable propre et une bonne literie. La piscine est top avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et les colines. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et et varié. Le personnel est accueillant et trés serviable. Nous avons pu avoir de bons conseils pour la restauration et les visites. Par contre, il faut impérativement une voiture pour se déplacer mais l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé. "

"The accommodation is really located in the middle of the old town. Very good with a fridge but no stove plates, Clean and fresh and surprisingly quiet. Nice and helpful staff. 20% discount on the restaurant bill. Across the alley. If you drive a car you MUST park OUTSIDE some zone. Hefty fines if you drive in. There is a garage, google and check costs about 20 euros/day. "

"Great for short stay! Host was generally responsive to WhatsApp messages and quite helpful. It is very near to the bus stop Rozat, from which you can take a direct bus for 20-30 mins to Pile Gate or to Gruz port. There is a small supermarket nearby but otherwise it’s somewhere on a hill with a little lake nearby, so quite secluded with no nearby food options. But for the price, cleanliness, spaciousness and proximity to town, I highly recommend this place. Additionally, they offer a 35 euro...

"This was a great place to stay a 1st night in Croatia after a long couple day of travel from the US. Vimbula is situated right on a river which makes for a lovely spot to have your breakfast. There are a couple good restaurants and convenience stores nearby you can walk to. It is also a good location if you come with a car. "
