"Good breakfast soft beds"

"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I made a reservation from February 22nd to 24th. In the early morning of the 23rd, the hotel lost power. We were left without electricity and without heating during a snowstorm, in extremely low temperatures. The hotel does not have a generator, so we were freezing in our room. Around 10:00 AM, we went to the front desk and canceled our second night. The front desk attendant wrote everything down on paper since none of the systems were working at the time. However, we never received a refund for the canceled night. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There was no responsibility for the safety of the guests. We had to seek shelter in a local church because the hotel offered absolutely no support, even knowing that we were with children in total darkness."

"The room was great considering the blizzard and no generator which should have been disclosed prior to checking in. Women at the front desk could use some customer service class's regardless of the storm. "

"The room was very clean; I will say I do not like staying overlooking the pool the chlorine smell is very strong. Check in and out was great, easy - fast. "
