"The garage is very dirty. The walls in hall ways are dirty and paint is chiping away. Elevator has grafity ingraved on metal walls. The room has a weir smell and carpet was torn where it meets the bathroom floor. The worst part is there was no hot water and water was not draining in tub. When i told front desk they did nothing about it. So i took a cold shower. The pictures of website does not match the property."

"Issue #1: Shortly after we checked in, we learned our toilet was not flushing. My husband used his cell phone to call the front desk... due to the phone in the room not working. We were offered a plunger. Issue #2 : When it came time to shower there was no hot water. During the same conversation about the toilet, the water was brought up. My husband was informed that, the water boiler had to be reset and the maintaince man would not be in till morning. Issue #3: I turned on the shower water...

"It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!"
