"water limited in lobby and Ice . Ice machine broke on last day 7/27 no repair available until 7/28. Ocean front view excellent however lacked staff shortage room not cleaned even upon request for 1pm through 2pm service . At 5pm room still not cleaned so we requested clean towels only at lobby desk. Now major issue I saw plenty of elderly guests and only ramp accommodation .No elevator ?? also please rum punch should be obsolete and just offer two Gatorades you will need it after your cross fit...

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. However, they had fire safety equipment checks and needed access to our rooms at 8 am. Checkout is at 11; not sure why they couldn’t check the equipment after check out. They also did not inform us of this when we checked in - we found a note in our door at about 6pm the night before."

"Fine accommodations if you are a casino fan, we are not. Just looking for a nice hotel while road tripping through the area. Drove around the resort 20 min before finding the way to drive to Fox Tower. Poorly signed self park. Finally found the check in area. Literally thousands of steps from car to our room. Room was clean and nice. Had one problem and needed security and they were prompt and very helpful."
